mo-cha HOME has been designed in collaboration with architects and interior designers to reflect the rhythm of modern city life.
The layouts are highly functional, and each apartment comes in a higher standard, fully furnished and ready for immediate move-in. A bespoke kitchen with a full range of built-in appliances, thoughtfully designed storage, a washer-dryer and furniture that respects the character of the project are all included as standard. High-quality materials, advanced acoustic solutions, large-format triple-glazed windows and adaptable lighting create a space where design naturally meets everyday comfort.

The project is conceived as a modern setting for a comfortable and practical lifestyle.
Each apartment features its own heat-recovery ventilation system and smart technologies, including electronic locks and energy metering.
